iDEA'S FROM THE FAR CORNER
Yuk! We know what you mean, those sexbots are quite repugnant. It's weird that people would choose a sex-doll.
Anyway, what kind of person wants sex with a piece of plastic?
Unquestionably we humans function with happiness when sexually active. The regular releasing of delightful endorphins makes life far more appealing and adds a positive glow while we go about our daily doings.
Men for sure have been obsessed with sex throughout history, resulting in a shameful amount of deeds against women. Thankfully the world is evolving in this respect. But should we really suppress our desires? Isn't that the problem? We let them fester and sometimes manifest in wicked ways. Wouldn't it be smarter to acknowledge and deal with them?
Imagine being able to have sex whenever you want. Whatever kind of sex you want. No guilt. No bad deeds.
No human abuse. Isn't that quite appealing?
So here's the idea, lets move towards....using Sexbots!
It's certainly not for everyone. The main obstacles here; we're locked into old fashioned Victorian notions of sex. There's also our absurd porn influenced attitudes of what is desirable.
Within the next 18 months, the new generation of sexbots will be unleashed and set to be next level authentic. Heaters inside their bodies will make them feel warm. Skin will be textured and speech more realistic. On the sex side, vaginas will be moist and able to contract. Feeling strange? Relax and reflect on this...
Over the past 50 years, love and sex have become segregated. While we engage in more sexual encounters and discuss the topic openly. It has hurt our relationships. Divorce and separations are sky-rocketing, with most men seeking a better sex life and most women seeking a better relationship.
Surly one is dependent on the other, and perhaps this is the predicament a relationship must answer.
Today, we're exposed to sexual imagery thousands of times per day, triggering sexual impulses and awareness to new levels. Porn is no longer the exclusivity of men. And we're pushing the boundaries of the kind of porn we view, growing stimulated by more bizarre acts. Can you honestly say strangers getting paid to have sex for people to watch,
is any worse than using a sexbot for personal pleasure...who is being exploited here?
Loneliness is a massive burden these days, the world is brimming with individuals not involved in sexual contact with another person. Solo sex is okay, but, lacks the intimacy of touching or having another body with you, this is detrimental physically and mentally.
When the sex drive is unfulfilled, something strange happens dependent on your sexual upbringing. You either find yourself becoming needy and desperate in potential mating situations. As time passes, you grow less confident or more primitive. So either you withdraw or go into predator mode.
The frustration of wanting sex and knowing there are millions of others in precisely the same situation. Yet you still cannot find a sexual partner cannot be overemphasised.
A sexbot cannot replace a person - with all our beautiful sexual quirks, intricacies, and intimate body anxieties. Still, it may serve someone at a particular moment. If this strange connection can eliminate some of the issues attached to loneliness or desires, maybe we should not consider it such a terrible thing.
Okay, hold tight. This may come as a bombshell - sexual desire does not diminish with old age!
Imagine, being single in your 60's - the miserable prospect of a sexless future is discouraging, to say the least, It's no wonder the grey generation are so frigging grumpy!
An overlooked issue when seeking a sexual partner in the latter years is the expectation. Speak intimately with over 65's, and you'll find, them enthusiastic about sex - but with surprisingly high expectations of a partner. Higher then their own condition would merit. Sexbots don't have to look like a 21-year-old porn star - they could come in all ages, shapes, colours, size, and male or female.
Brothels are beginning to use sexbots. A human-less brothel must be a valid option. Choose your programme, pay in private, do your thing and leave. No awkward communication. No human trafficking, no abuse.
Another welcome loss in the rubber revolution is sexually transmitted disease's - syphilis is up 52 per cent in the last decade, chlamydia a third. And the debate about machines replacing human interaction is entirely wonky. That moment is long behind us, we already spend hours on devices in virtual spaces.
There will be issues around sexbots that will need addressing - but they may reduce a myriad of sexual and isolation problems we are currently struggling with. If in 2001 you were told, porn would come in 60+ categories, be available 24/7 and on your mobile phone to watch anywhere. You would have probably laughed your pants off;)
Sexbots are just another page in our sexual evolution.
Without a doubt we, humans enjoy sexual stimulation. Who is the moral judge here? If someone can satisfy their needs with a sexbot, and it enhances their life experience without harming or infringing upon yours, why not?
Oh by the way, on the subject of sex with plastic - vibrators are plastic, and no-one is ugh-ing at people using them.
In fact, they've been quite liberating!
These are a few meditative reflections on a veiled topic from 3000monks
Not to induce a For or Against debate or create a footballism attitude where you must take sides... it's merely an idea!
