MR.TRUMP IS GOOD FOR THE WORLD!
Donald Trump is a 71-year old man, who has exposed himself a a rabble-rousing demagogue, gaining popularity by exploiting the prejudice and ignorance of common people. Exhibiting all the traits of a highly efficient con artist.
Strangely, this terrible individual seems to be propelling the world into a better future!
Yes, a tacky low level soap called The Whitehouse, now in its second season is selling like hotcakes. Profits are soaring to record levels for once failing newspapers, TV and radio stations, fed on a daily diet of sensational scandals and gossip.
Yes its sex and corruption among the elite - think Dallas for the 21st century
At the same time taxes for corporations and the wealthy have been slashed. It's a nice win-win situation.
Mr.Trump is doing a magnificent job unless of course, you're not part of the rich boys club!
Don't get fooled, con artists are super smart cookies at making us think we know better than them. You have to look carefully through all the craziness and pull back the curtain to get to the real story…of how the nation that shaped the second half of the 20th century is in free fall. No longer cares about its Mojo, and willing to do anything to sustain profits
Mr.Trump is certainly not the first bad president. Think back to the Ronald (McDonald) Reagan bumbling years. George big Bush, one hateful Christian! Sax blower Bill Clinton (yes that says sax) who pushed through unprecedented pro-corporate policies, oh let's not forget that friendly little warmonger Georgie Bush
Over the decades America has preached morals, democracy, laws, and freedoms while doing the exact the opposite when it suited them! September 11, 2001, changed everything. Innocent people dying is never acceptable, but the arrogance showed to break United Nations rules, then kill over 100,000 men, women, and children in Iraq.
Americans disliked around the globe and they knew it
Barack Obama's arrival was a breath of fresh air. Intelligent, articulate, politically aware, and personally charming.
The first black US president. A model 21st-century leader - calm yet inspiring. America desperately needed him and the world sighed in relief. Yes the hate subsided, but nothing changed, it was business as usual for the corporate overlords
His “America First” ideology is damaging their world standing more than any terrorist group or rival nation could ever have dreamed about. The pants of America have been yanked down exposing racism, xenophobia, and hypocrisy.
He has publicly questioned the reputations of the FBI, the Justice Department, and the Media, far better to discredit these institutions because the biggest danger to a demagogue is the truth!
America has removed itself from the two biggest global issues facing humanity Climate Change and Nuclear Agreements. Because US corporations are a major factor in climate change, plus heavily invested in weapons.
War, after all, has been their biggest source of business for almost 200 years
Before getting too vexed with Mr.Trump, nudge your memory to the other controversial candidate Mrs. Clinton,
also 71 years-old. When you consider the nature of the election, it's not a long stretch to imagine had Mrs.Clinton won. Republican Congress blocking her policies, an FBI investigation, bad corporate appointments, and the media machine in a frenzy...hey smells a bit like today's ingredients don't you think?
There is something embedded within the American character that seems to like long con politics, electing crooks, racists, bullies, hate-mongering preachers, corporate bagmen, and bald-faced liars? Not always, but quite often.
Mr.Trump simply played to the audience, he's not the disease just a symptom. All politicians lie, but when major institutions support the lies, it denies reality, divides communities and creates a kind of schizophrenia in nations…
take a close look you may be witnessing the farewell tour of the American empire
History shows empires are based on commerce and violence. The Egyptians Greeks, Romans, French, and Britons all crumbled, not due to lack of strength, but due to financial overspending. Empires always come at a devilishly high price
The US looks quite toxic...A divided nation. Trillions in debt. Locked in previous century deals, such as fossil fuels, weapons, and loan interest repayments. Where prescribed drug use is rife and the average wage has stagnated for half-a-century. The 'land of the free" has more people incarcerated per capita than any other country on earth. While gun violence kills more Americans in a single year, then all wars and terrorism has since 1980!
People are intrinsically good, but Americans must accept they colluded in the hype by believing they are the greatest place on earth ever ever ever! Paying little attention to how fast the rest of the world was progressing...
a classic case of the tortoise and Mr.Trumps hair!
The power America and Europe has enjoyed over the rest of the world is coming to a 2,000-year-end.
It may take a generation or so, but the collapse is in motion
Here in the 21st-Century, violence cannot be an operating platform for a society. We are...albeit slowly, moving onto a higher living standard, where the rights of people and nations are given and respected. We are no longer savages and must cease behaving as so
America is not alone. The world is certainly having a moment, leaders like Mr. Trump need to stir up hatred.
It's far better to have us fighting each other, just in case we notice we're being sacrificed in pursuit of profits, and decide to rebel and fight them!
Don't despair, instead view it as a wake-up call. Pay attention. You cannot fight alone, so forget self-interest.
Each must contribute to the global good. Ask yourself this simple question "do I want to be part of a society based on hate and fear or compassion and respect and what can I do to stop providing profits for big corporates?"
Then do something towards your goal
Perhaps letting go is a good option for America, it may allow them to relax. Previous empires have become far nicer places since they stopped bullying and disrespecting others and focused on putting their own house in order
(yes Britain, we know you still have some work to do here)
The lesson we've learned from the past is that decaying empires often go beyond reason and convention before imploding. Mr.Trump is America's karma, his outrageous performance is helping us bid farewell to an old empire and
embrace a fresh era
3000monks are...waiting for the sun to rise
